Home: The Chamonix Guarantee
Chamonix takes pride in our industry-leading four-month money-back
guarantee. If your customers aren't delighted with their
results, they may return the items for a refund.
- All returns and/or exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Chamonix
at Home service representative. An RMA (Return merchandise Authorization)
is obtained by calling our customer service department at 1-800-SKIN-851
(1-800-754-6851) between the hours of 10am and 5pm EST, Monday
through Friday.
- Any merchandise returned for a refund without an RMA number
will not be processed.
- RMA expires within 30 days of issuance. Merchandise must
be received within 30 days of the RMA date to receive credit.
- All merchandise returned for a refund is subject to a 9%
processing fee.
- Only the most recent order of the same product can be refunded.
- All shipping and handling fees (where applicable) are not
refundable.
- Customers are entitled to a refund or exchange for a full
four month period from the date the original order was placed.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this
guarantee period.
